Below is a small sample of the leadership and change projects we have designed and facilitated.
Design and delivery of The Quest Programme - personal development and leadership for head teachers senior managers in schools and education authorities; cascaded initially throughout Kent County Council and in other education authorities in the UK. A five-day programme in two modules including full audio-visual self-study learning tools. Coaching of the CEO and senior management team of P&O Stena Line (now P&O Ferries). Design, initial delivery and then transfer of delivery capability through a train the trainer programme of "Leading Through Values" for Bookham Technology - a rapid growth high technology business. The leadership programme was devised specifically to support an exponentially growing, highly complex business during the build up to an IPO (Initial Public Offering) simultaneously on the London and New York stock exchanges. Design and delivery of a comprehensive leadership development programme initially for the executive management team of Royal Bank of Scotland Corporate Banking; then extended and rolled out to top 150 people within the organisations. Design and delivery of an on-going major culture change and leadership programme for Prudential Property Investment Managers; including leadership development, development of corporate vision and values, development of a strategic change programme, and one to one and group coaching for the CEO and the senior management team. Facilitation of various leadership and public-private partnership initiatives for the MOD, British Army and Royal Air Force. Design of a leadership programme for senior managers at T-Mobile including the development of a full scale internet personal development web portal (a public version of which can be seen at www.ihd- inspiration.com) Design and facilitation of The IS Leadership Academy - a project for The Impact Programme Ltd, a network of leading European CIOs and ITDs - which ran for eight years until Impact was sold to the NCC. This project included up to six days of classroom facilitation (in two modules), monthly alumni meetings, the creation of a monthly senior leaders forum facilitated personally by Adrian Gilpin, internet learning tools, and a full audio-visual self-study learning support pack. Design and delivery of an international leadership development programme for British American Tobacco to be delivered to leaders of markets across Western Europe. Design and delivery of a leadership development programme, including on-going consultancy and design advice for Chief Officers and Senior Managers within Kent County Council, including plans to develop and launch an internet learning support project similar to this proposal during Autumn 2006. Design and delivery of Inspired Leadership seminars for the British and local business communities in Bahrain.
