Coaching skills for managers and leaders
We can facilitate a bespoke version of Inspired Coach Level 1 for a group of managers and leaders within your organisation. This programme will give experienced managers a whole new set of skills in performance coaching, and access to highly effective coaching tools that can be used with reports and colleagues.
Train the trainer
We strongly recommend that individuals interested in becoming fully professional and accredited coaches take part in our public accreditation programme. Following accreditation, we are able to further accredit and license your coaches to deliver Level 1 coach training inside your organisation. This reduces your dependency on using us as external facilitators, and includes a license to use all IHD coaching materials internally.
